Your entire shopping cart ships for $24.99! That's right! No matter the size or the weight, you will just pay one flat rate per shopping cart. That means that you can order products for your entire house and save $$$. Please note, we cannot refund/combine shipping prices on orders placed in separate carts.

Once your order is completed in production, your order will move to our shipping department to be packaged with great care. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been boxed. Please note, it may take 1 full business day to see movement on your tracking. Depending on the time your order has been packaged and when FedEx shows up to pick up, it may leave our facility that same day, or it may not leave until the following business day.

All orders are shipped FedEx Ground which takes approx 1-5 business days to arrive once it leaves our warehouse. To see how long it may take to arrive in transit, please see the graphic below. Please note, OhSweetSkye is NOT responsible for shipping delays, as it is up to the carriers to delivery timely. Shipping delays is a thing, especially during busy shipping seasons. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for orders re-routed to our facility, ex: incorrect addresses, delivery refusal, etc. If an order needs to be re-shipped, the customer will be responsible for paying exact shipping costs, not our flat rate. If there is damage during shipping, please contact us. We can file a claim and help get this resolved, but we do require ALL original packing materials for the product to be sent back to us in the exact condition. We cannot replace items without FedEx inspecting the original packaging.

These canvas floats use significantly less wood, and because they are lightweight, they help save on shipping costs. Fun Front Door Mat

Very cute front door mat - looks cute against black and white
check "framer" rug I have under it.
Only critique is that the coir color is darker than depicted in the photo
so that the black writing doesn't "pop" and the black script against
the dark brown coir makes it a bit difficult to read. The coir mat color
on the website depicts a very different contrast.

But it still is a very cute mat :)

A Beautiful Sign

I have been looking at this sign for awhile and trying out the different color combinations but just could not make a decision. Once I saw the Valentine Day sale, I knew I had to place an order. The sign was packaged extremely well and was shipped quickly. Communication was ongoing from the sign being made, to packing and shipping. Excellent Purchase
