Your entire shopping cart ships for $24.99! That's right! No matter the size or the weight, you will just pay one flat rate per shopping cart. That means that you can order products for your entire house and save $$$. Please note, we cannot refund/combine shipping prices on orders placed in separate carts.

Once your order is completed in production, your order will move to our shipping department to be packaged with great care. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been boxed. Please note, it may take 1 full business day to see movement on your tracking. Depending on the time your order has been packaged and when FedEx shows up to pick up, it may leave our facility that same day, or it may not leave until the following business day.

All orders are shipped FedEx Ground which takes approx 1-5 business days to arrive once it leaves our warehouse. To see how long it may take to arrive in transit, please see the graphic below. Please note, OhSweetSkye is NOT responsible for shipping delays, as it is up to the carriers to delivery timely. Shipping delays is a thing, especially during busy shipping seasons. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for orders re-routed to our facility, ex: incorrect addresses, delivery refusal, etc. If an order needs to be re-shipped, the customer will be responsible for paying exact shipping costs, not our flat rate. If there is damage during shipping, please contact us. We can file a claim and help get this resolved, but we do require ALL original packing materials for the product to be sent back to us in the exact condition. We cannot replace items without FedEx inspecting the original packaging.

DO YOU NO LONGER OFFER PAINTED WOOD SIGNS?
Due to severe wood shortages and rising gas prices, we have really had to shift our materials for our business. We have made the decision to offer beautiful lightweight printed wood & canvas prints with a modern twist. This helps us be able to stay in business and continue offering beautiful pieces you will pass down through generations. These new products use significantly less wood than before. This new process allows us more design ability as we will not be limited to what we can hand paint. Trust us, our quality and attention to detail is the same...you are sure to love this BEAUTIFUL new product! Just like before, these are still 100% designed and handcrafted in our production shop here in the USA.

I AM NOT SEEING GOLD PAINT ANYMORE
Unfortunately, when we stopped doing painted signs, that meant all of our metallic paints were discontinued. We are so sad about this too!

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE We highly recommend measuring your space before ordering to ensure the product will fit correctly. Oh Sweet Skye is NOT responsible for you ordering a size too big or too small for your space.

CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES
Once an order has been placed, it gets put immediately into the early stages of production and cannot be changed or cancelled. All items are handcrafted, and it takes many people and many departments to get your order fulfilled. So even though your order may not ship for some time, we have different departments prepping materials for when your order is ready to be assembled. This means, behind the scenes, our employees are creating files, cutting stencils, cutting the wood, painting first coats, staining materials, etc. Please take take while ordering to ensure you are ordering correctly and that you have measured your space to ensure everything will be perfect. We cannot change or cancel orders for whatever reason. Please contact us PRIOR to ordering for any questions or concerns you have.

RETURNS
Once an order has been placed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All items are handcrafted in our warehouse in the USA and have been created specifically for you. We are not a large Amazon warehouse with stock ready to ship. Every item has been carefully crafted just for YOU! That is why you get to customize your products with size, colors, etc. Please take take while ordering to ensure you are ordering correctly and that you have measured your space to ensure everything will be perfect.
